2017 Appalachian Christmas & Breakfast with Santa

Make your plans today to attend the 39th Annual Appalachian Christmas Event at BabyLand, Saturday Nov. 18, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.. The bigger Kids are telling the recently delivered babies that good behavior is number one on Santa’s list.

Come visit with Santa, see beautiful Holiday Decorations and over a hundred trees of different sizes throughout the hospital. Take pictures with Santa from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Holiday Schedule for Pictures with Santa. Santa Christmas 2017  Cost is $12 for 5 x 7 Keepsake Folder. Digital photo by email is $5. or Costume Characters, enjoy strolling a Capella carolers, Like the Dickens. Prize drawings all day.

For those who are early risers, Pancake Breakfast with Santa begins at 8 a.m. in the BabyLand Ballroom. Cost is $12. Reservations required. Call 706-865-2171, Ext. 0, Mon-Fri (9 a.m.- 5 p.m. EST) or download the attached form and Fax back to (706) 865-4340. Open seating for Milk and Cookies with Mrs. Claus begins at 1 p.m., cost is $5.  North Georgia Academy of Dance performs at 3 p.m. A 1956 Cleveland City Firetruck, takes Santa to his sleigh at 4 p.m. to head back with more wishes from good girls and boys.

The Lighting of BabyLand begins at 5 p.m. Join the carrolers and welcome the Holiday Season with the family. Grand Prize drawing includes a handstitched to birth original, Appalachian Christmas Collection, Little People Kid. Suggested Adoption Fee Value: $250.

Our neighbors, who are part of our local history, celebrate with us. Native Americans, first to leave footprints in our area, bring thanks following the Green Corn Harvest with representatives Donna Red Feather and Chief Richard Running Fox. Joining us from Hardman Farm in Sautee Nacoochee are characters from 1870, Anna Ruby and her parents. Bringing a touch of Bavaria are our neighbors from Alpine Helen.

Simulated Snow Flurries are in the forecast expected to hide Santa’s tracks back to the North Pole!
